Seeing GovSpend’s growth and market potential, Thompson Street Capital Partners invests a majority stake in the company, enabling us to invest more in our people, our solutions, and our customers.

Acquisition of Fedmine

GovSpend makes the strategic decision to acquire Fedmine, a leading provider of federal government contracting intelligence. The acquisition gives our customers insight into spending across all levels of government.

Release of Meeting Intelligence

GovSpend introduces Meeting Intelligence, a new AI-powered search module that uses emerging technology to collect and transcribe millions of public meeting videos, transcripts, and documents.
